Boulder Cube is a premium climbing training tool — carefully crafted in Korea and delivered to climbers around the world. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and customs/import taxes.

✓ Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped from South Korea using Korea Post (EMS for international orders, Korea Post standard courier for domestic orders).
  • All shipments include tracking.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • International deliveries typically take 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
  • Shipping fees and delivery estimates are automatically shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

✓ Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please contact us before sending anything back.
  • A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, the original shipping fee and return shipping cost are the customer’s responsibility.
    (※ Please note: International return shipping can be very expensive. We recommend considering this carefully before requesting a return.)
  • If the product is defective or if you received the wrong item, Boulder Cube will cover all shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.

✓ Customs & Import Taxes

  • Import taxes, VAT, or customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer.
  • All orders are shipped as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
  • If customs fees apply, your local customs office or courier will contact you before delivery.
  • Refusing to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being returned or discarded.
  • In such cases, shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
