✓ Boulder Cube Use
How should I maintain the wooden cube?
A: Use the soft sandpaper included in the kit to gently remove any marks left by the holds. After sanding, wipe the surface with a damp cloth for a clean finish. Avoid using rough sandpaper, as it may damage the wood.
What happens if the insert nut comes loose due to over-tightening with the driver?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide after-service for this type of damage. If the insert nut is pulled out, the wood is likely damaged and cannot securely hold a new insert. Please tighten the bolts gently and stop when the hold feels secure.
Why is there a white or black mark inside the bolt hole?
A: These are not signs of use. They are marks from pre-fit testing to ensure the bolt fits properly into the hold and the cube.
Can I clean the holds?
A: Yes. If the holds get dirty, you can wash them with running water. Use a brush to gently scrub off any dirt. Make sure to dry them thoroughly before use.
